Would like to know some details how Google functions? How do they employ, how they work at new projects and care about security issues?
You can read about it in this thread by a person who states he is employed with Google. You can register and post your own questions – if lucky you will find a reply to the questions about the top IT company.

The advantages of working from home are numerous, but what are the main ones that attract millions of people to search a home based job?
As I see them:
- Save money on transportation costs and gas.
- Save time on commuting between home and the office
- Get more time for your kids (especially valuable for moms)
- Tax advantages
- Flexible day schedule (no preset working hours)
- Enjoy the work you do (in many cases people are successful to turn hobby into income generating business)
- Can be a part time job – way to earn extra income added to your full time job
Convinced? Have a look at the left menu of the page for a long list of home job opportunities (aff). Probably you will find a home job for yourself.
Summary: no surprise, that with every passing year more and more persons search for ways to change their office hours to flexible home schedule and cozy home offices.

TalentSpy, a new job site, invites beta testers to sign up for their services. The job site promises an easy way to search and find a job. The process is simple: you create and submit your profile. Your potential employer gets the list of candidates by e-mail or RSS – the list is based on the criteria preset by the employer.
The website promises the easiest and quickest way to find a job – like many other job boards. I doubt it will save your job search fast, but it is worth spending a couple of minutes to submit your profile. Every bit helps…
