I share the point that there is much dropship scam, but I do not agree that all dropshipping is scam. I know it from my personal experience and added to that you can review numerous cases posted on this website or posted by top dropship directory providers.

I also know that it is not as easy as it is proclaimed:

- find a reliable dropshipping merchant
- register with eBay or your own domain name
- get rich

Due to the fact that the business model is relatively simple and entry barriers are quite low the competition is tough. Added to that, top internet retailers occupy most profitable niches – similar to supermarkets in the offline world.

I would compare dropshipping to small offline businesses that find a small niche, service relatively low number of customers trying to provide top service and establish personal relations with every client.

As a result, it is next to impossible to get rich with dropshipping, but it is still good to make living as your full time job or part time hobby.
