    5. Who is the potential buyer of the product?

    Market research tools give you an opportunity to learn the demographics of people who have bought the product you sell: their genders, how old they are and where they are from. Thus, you will know for sure who you’re selling to, and will be able to plan your marketing strategy accordingly. You are to use different techniques depending on the group are targeting at.
