RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) has a high reputation of the most experienced organization of global standards for professionals involved in land, property, construction and environmental issues. They are the main source of information about HIPs (home information packs) and the current situation in the UK.
HIP Regulations and Energy Performance have been amended as of 11 June 2007. RICS has been analyzing them and has come to a number of points that are important for everyone.
